Where to begin??? I’ll make you a list. 1) Rent is way too much considering everything in this list and not listed. 2) Management bait and switched us, showing an immaculate 3 bedroom unit they’ve got and NONE of the others are even half as nice. They’re sketchy and all they care about is money. 3) Maintenance is snail slow, sometimes taking months if at all to repair problems. There has been some sketchy things that have happened in the complex.. but you can't always control people... over all the complex as a whole is pretty good. I had an issue with my furnace they were at my apartment with in an hrs to look at it, they couldn't fix it but brought me space heaters and had someone out the following morning to fix it! I have not had a problem with management either which it an extra bonus! Up date I've now signed 3 leases in total an still don't have too many complaints.. my air conditioner isn't ... read more
4 stars only because they took a while to respond to my maintenance request. The manager has responded on holidays & is working hard at making a better enviorment and is kind and considerate. I will change my review to stars if maintenance is prompt next time.
Have been leaving here a longtime after living in NYC for 14 years my twin and cousin who used to live here a longtime ago asked me to use this place to settle down in Kalamazoo and really like living here and it’s not far from my work place But but the problem I have is the kids They eggs my door knocking it with a very loud noise then run like it’s a game and the people living on top of me they do not care about me the noise I am experiencing with then is no stop sometime I am asking my self why the office do not take seri... read more
