I rarely leave reviews, but after everything we’ve experienced, I feel like people should know what living here is really like. This apartment complex has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. There are constant safety concerns, tenants who make the environment feel unsafe, kids fighting regularly, and ongoing issues with cars being broken into. Yes every apartment has its bars and no apartment complex is good 100% either but at Lakeview I just love how when a issue comes or something needs to be fixed maintenance and the office get on it as quick as possible!
I'm a new tenant and so far this has been a very underwhelming moving experience. I just got the keys to my apartment on 12/5. I had not seen the unit before move in as I was told that new carpet was being installed. When I went to see the apartment after picking up my keys I found that the carpet had been replaced, but the rest of the apartment didn't appear to have been cleaned since the previous tenant moved out.
