I'm a new tenant and so far this has been a very underwhelming moving experience. I just got the keys to my apartment on 12/5. I had not seen the unit before move in as I was told that new carpet was being installed. When I went to see the apartment after picking up my keys I found that the carpet had been replaced, but the rest of the apartment didn't appear to have been cleaned since the previous tenant moved out. If you need anything fixed within your apartment be prepared to be strung around and wait 2+ months and or fix it yourself with no money taken off the rent which is illegal. Update after move out: still just as shitty. Sent out the security deposit out hella late. If you have a roommate, good luck trying to deposit the security check unless you have a joint account together.
Moved late August 2025. Had no hot water for 4 days & received no compensation, little to no communication, problem was no addressed until a few days later, was not notified the water would be turned off for hours (HR was horrible). Currently changing parking policies so that every visitor you have, has register for a parking pass everytime they come or they can be towed. I’ve been living at Lakeview for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience from day one! The management team is incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. They truly care about their residents and it shows in everything they do.
Wanted to do a Shout out to The staff at Lakeview Apts. Maintenence Man Gordy is Very nice and trustworthy!! Property Manager Steven and The lady's in the office have been Amazing ,Especially with the B.S they have to deal with daily.Thank you Steven, Angel, Indigo & Gordy For all you do !!
