I must say im a little disappointed in this clinic. They day its not about the money and that they care about pets and the owners but ive spent over a thousand dollars and theyve billed me for every little thing even after i told them funds werent freely available. They don't do in house tests for blood or urine. And the doctor isn't in till noon but they open at 9 which makes zero sense to me. The nurse is wonderful though.
We had an extremely disappointing experience during an already heartbreaking time. This was an in-home euthanasia appointment for an elderly cat who was suffering, so compassion, professionalism, and dignity were especially important. Unfortunately, the experience began poorly and only got worse. Nice place. They don't do in house tests for blood or urine which sucks. And the doctor isn't in till like 11:30 am which is also not great. The nurse is wonderful and Amy is great to talk to. I forget the young fellas name that is also there but he is very knowledgeable and great to talk to.
Dr Shams and Jomer took great care of our cat Cisco. He needed urgent care and is healthy once again. We were very fortunate to receive such excellent treatment.
Jomar is the manager at Summerside location and his so accommodating and really nice! We are so happy to find this place for our Cherry. Dr. Adedapo Adisa is very nice and explain everything before the treatment. We are very happy.
