They set up a video call and none happened. They later denied it I have proof on my phone of date the video call was to take place
I honestly can't say enough good about the team and doctors at Lakeview Animal Hospital. You can tell how much they care for their furry patients and they are always available to answer my questions. They are so gentle and understanding of my large, anxious dog. Dr. Charlene is the best!
