Dr. Klomp was amazing. I've been having a rough time with my kitty for over a month and a half. He not only took the time and attention to help me through this he went above and beyond decifering notes and steps from other vets and helped me understand what the next steps were and exactly what I needed to do and helped me feel confident I was making the best decision for my little buddy. Love Laketown Cat Hospital. They have taken great care of my two older cats. Very highly recommend them.
We've been taking our feline furbabies here since we moved to the area in 2018. Dr. Palen, Dr. Klomp, & their staff have provided the best care for each of our kitties and they are very knowledgeable in their field! Each of our cats has gotten such fantastic individual care and you can see their passion so well for both their feline patients & their human parents. I brought my cat here on emergency (urinary blockage)over a holiday,they got him in ASAP,worked with me on what I could afford,offered to be there if he needed to come back(still holiday),treated him with compassion,and made sure he didn’t leave in pain. Very sweet people that obviously love what they do.
Dr. Palen is absolutely amazing with our kitties. We are so grateful we found Laketown Cat Hospital! We've never felt so welcomed into such a cozy, fear free cat environment! ❤️
