My kids have been going to this practice for over 8 years. We've consistently received great care. Over the last few years they have expanded the practice from a single doctor (Lance) to a great team of MD and NPs. Everyone we have seen has been wonderful!Â
Iâve sent both of my kids to Dr Lance since they were born. We love the staff and the quality care. As a NICU nurse myself, I know my kids are in good hands there.Â
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter for 2 weeks and every time I call them, they tell me we will set up a chart for her and call back by the end of the day and now itâs been 2 weeks (called them atleast 4 times and 2 emails in the past 4 weeks) and same response always I loved the providers there and would have loved to keep them as my daughter pediatrician but now I have to find another provider, just cause the front desk is âtoo busyâ to simple set up a chart.
