Sam has been assisting me for the last year with my back, neck and elbow issues, and he is an excellent remedial masseur. Sam is understanding, knowledgeable and adaptable to changing needs, and I look forward to engaging his services for the forseeable future. I would have given the rating five stars instead of four, however, Lakeside Wellness does not provide a hicaps service, which is an inconvenience when compared to other local health care providers.
Fabulous clinic beautifully appointed treatment rooms. High standard and quality fit out. Exceptional practitioners.
Other than having great facilities for a float and being perhaps Canberra's only open float studio for the claustrophobic.. the customer service is incredible. I booked a float for today and had such a stressful week that I completely forgot about it until it was too late, ironic being it was exactly what I needed. I considered it a lost booking, and accepted I'd missed out from my own fault and distant mind. But alas! Lakeside Wellness is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed 🥰 The whole vibe of the place is super calming, and the staff are just lovely. I had a remedial massage, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had—completely tailored to what I needed. You can really tell they care about getting to the root of your issues. I left feeling like a new person! Highly recommend if you're looking to de-stress and recharge.
Rosie was very helpful and asked many questions in order to assist me. At the end of the appointment, she correctly summarised the reason I had come and supplied me with the supplements I needed, plus advice on future diet for prevention. I got so much more value from Rosie than I do from my doctor. Location is easy to access but you would be better off parking in the mall and waking across the road.
