Santrell was so nice and helpful and pretty
They say that they do repairs and they don’t do them and I have to keep putting in the request.
Living here was a TRAUMATIC experience. This is NOT a safe nor peaceful place to live. I assume anyone who chooses to move here after reading this review is desperate with no other options. While I wasn’t on Section 8.. beware that there are section 8 tenants accepted here at this property along with tenants that also pay market rent. 1. This apartment complex has been completely irresponsible in handling my security deposit. I applied and paid a security deposit on November 6th. After being denied approval, I was told my deposit would be refunded. It has now been well over a month, and I still have not received my money. I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails requesting updates on my refund, and I have been met with complete silence. No one has taken accountability or provided any explanation.
