I've been at Lakeside for three years, and things have gotten much worse. It used to be well-kept with professional staff, but now it's filthy. Snakes have been seen frequently, and the rent is unnecessarily expensive. Maintenance is ignored: we have a broken trash compactor with constant trash build-up, a broken security gate, and broken lights at the mailboxes. Lakeside Vista Apartments has caused my family immense stress and danger. There was a fire in the building upstairs from a malfunctioning stove, and management, including Isabelle, Ashlee, and Greg (the VP), did nothing to reassure residents or address safety concerns. For years, we have lived with severe mold and constant leaks, which have severely affected my children’s health — my son developed seizures, one daughter has a persistent cough, and my youngest has developmental struggles that doctors believe may be linked to ... read more

This is my 2nd time residing at Lakeside. I moved out of state a few years ago but when I decided to relocate back to Kennesaw I knew the place I wanted to come back to. I'm happy here and I'm sure you will be too. SO MUCH HAS CHANGED SINCE THE ABOVE REVIEW. NOT GOOD!!!
Overall, Lakeside Vista Apartments offers a decent living experience, earning a solid 3 out of 5 stars. While there are areas for improvement, certain aspects truly shine. A huge shout-out to Louis from the maintenance team! He consistently provides exceptional service.
