The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I called for an appointment because I was having pain and redness in my eye. I was able to be seen the same day. When I was seen by the doctor I was given a prescription for eye drops and was told to let him know if it didn’t get better. I called two days later because the pain increased. I was then told to go to the emergency room if the pain didn’t get better.
