When I tell you the help, the DEDICATION, and time everyone in the leasing office has put in to help me with my moving process!! 😭 Everyone is so nice and approachable. I am overly pleased with the customer service with the leasing office team! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.
Transferred to a bigger unit about a month ago and Melanie and her staff hooked me up!! Melanie and Ms T is so awesome helping the residents out on any issues or concerns! I love it here with no issues at all what so ever! Also Feeding your residents breakfast in the morning is phenomenal!!! I have not heard any apartment that does that. If you are looking for a new welcoming home, you are in the right spot!! Thank you all to the staff!
Enjoyed the breakfast on the go event today. These type of events are always fun and greatly appreciated. Keep the good times coming. 🥰 The exterior of the apartment complex was just painted and it looks great! The building was painted three different colors and the colors look really good together. When I moved in April 2025, the management at the time was very helpful. Davokie and Teandrea were the front desk team that helped me with my move in process so I want to give a shout out to them. They are very Personable and are on top of their duties. maintenance requests were completed very quickly too. I know management has changed recently and I haven’t had any issues yet. Living at Lakeside Villas in Grand Prairie has been a good experience overall. The leasing team has been great to work with — TeAndrea and Annabelle especially have awesome work ethic and were really helpful throughout the process. Move-in was smooth for the most part, and the small issues that came up were taken care of pretty quickly. The apartment was clean and in decent condition, and the property itself is kept up well.
