Management is awful and so is the community owner. We (& many others) bought our own boat slip then the land owner decided to steal it back from us and try to charge us a fee for it. He never returned our funds even though our purchase for the slip was on our deed. Manager, Paula, plays favorites. Issues bogus citations to people in an effort to keep them thinking they’ll be evicted if they don’t do what she says. Workers damage your irrigation system when mowing & there’s no accountability. Beautiful Community,Landscape and all grounds including pool always clean and maintained! Beautiful park on Lake Huntley Lots of Trees and Charm ! Love living here .
