My family and I had a wonderful stay! Ashley and the crew were always extremely helpful and displayed great customer service! The room came very equipped, clean and was a great stay for 3 people. The backyard was also very clean, tidy, and lively. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place to everyone else!
It was nice staying on this side of Penticton for a change, especially being so close to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I had assumed access to the hot tub was included, so the overall price felt a bit high. We were also disappointed to learn that children weren't permitted in the hot tub area, as that was one of the amenities we were looking forward to as a family. Love this place. First time here. Anniversary for me and my husband. We had the King deluxe studio with kitchen with full size fridge and stove with microwave. Bathroom has a big walk in shower. On main floor, corner unit on farthest end from highway. It has AC and 2 windows. Ashley and staff were very courteous. If you get a chance enjoy the nordic spa. 20% discount if you are staying here. Lovely area out back with sitting area with some lounge chairs. Patio furniture, bbq, table and chairs for eating. Lovely little gem.
