What a great sauna and plunge place. Ashley is super friendly and has a great set up with a private room for changing before you enter the nordic spa area. Awesome sauna to warm up in before you hit one of 2 plunge tubs. Extra ice if you need it and a great warming tent for the end of the experience with hot tea, snacks and water. A great experience.
We LOVED our 2-night stay at this hotel! Ashley, the property manager REALLY made us feel welcome as I'll bet she does the same with every guest - I think this is one of her gifts. The hotel is undergoing renovations on the exterior, and our newly renovated room was absolutely lovely on the inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable! There were 6 pillows on the bed ! Incredible location! The only downfall is the loud traffic all night right next to the rooms, however the lake is also just across the street so that's a win. Clean rooms, incredible staff, beautiful courtyard area to bbq and hang out in ten back away from the traffic. Not walking distance to many of the pubs or restaurants but great location for the Skaha lake side!
Love this place! The staff are amazing and the entire property has been fully renovated. Can't say enough about this place. 12/10 if I could
