Our friends make this motel their annual trip for the last 6 years and we were lucky enough to be invited this year! We originally booked 4 nights and we ended up adding an extra night. The motel is very easy to find, enough parking for all of the guests. The rooms are a little on the small size so if you have more than 2 kids with you, you should consider a larger room or two. While the outside may look a little rough around the edges, the rooms are revamped, clean and cool. Location would normally be good as it is right by the beach, but the road has been torn up right outside and not great with the work going on. Dog friendly room, but you can't use the outdoor sitting area with a dog, you have to leave the property and use a dirt road for pet time or head down the beach a ways for doggie potty time.

Rooms are great. Very close to Skaha lake, easy access. Ashley the manager was awesome. Very nice and welcoming. We’ll be back for sure. Our go to place in Penticton

We recently stayed at this motel and was pleasantly surprised. When we approached it from the street, it doesn't look like much, given the colour combination. We had room 9 and wouldn't hesitate to go back. The rooms look like they are freshly renovated. Our room was clean, it had all the amenities we needed (including make-up remover towels!), the bed was comfortable, the room was fairly quiet given the close proximity to the street, and the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful.
