Unprofessional and rude. Online information lists 24 hour service when they are not, they still answer the phone from their home after hours and treat people looking for hope terribly as if they were to know better than to try and call. They will not care for animals with after hours emergencies even when listed that they will. With rudeness such as this I can't imagine taking an animal I care for there even during their hours.
Two of my pups were having seizures and I originally had a different vet. I felt like more could be done so i made some calls and they got me in the same day! I am so happy with the service here i am switching all of my animals here. He handled them very well, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. We took our cat there for the first time and got right in. The doctor was excellent and thorough but very fast. He has a soft, gentle manner about him. We were in and out in no time. The cost was about half of what it would be at an ordinary vet's office. Definately worth the extra drive.
