This company is terrible!!!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. My Driver consistently show up late , drives recklessly and is always on his phone half the time. I always feel really unsafe and nervous that we’re going to get into an accident I tried numerous times to call them and they neither don’t pick up or they say will talk to the driver but the driver continues to do those things. I’ve had a great experience for my first time dealing with this company. Liz Lawrence and Ms. Morales have worked together very well to help accommodate my son in getting him back and forth to his school which is an hour away. My son is autistic so I tend to worry but, with them I’ve felt my son was safe but, not just safe well cared for as well during the ride. Some days my son would not even want to get out of the van.
