Called them with questions about my truck having problems other shops were quoting repairs without even looking at it .im so glad that I brought it to them to check out. I replaced my transmission cooler. Since my vehicle doesn't have a dip stick, the fellow checked my level and let me know how much to add. A free courtesy. Used his services in the past and would use him again should the need arise.
