My car was brought to Lakeside collision Center on February 19th, as of today March 5th I am still waiting for my car. Every time I call I am being told a new completion date. I am actually still waiting for someone to call me with an update. Everyday I call and everyday I am told someone will call you tomorrow after 10am with an update. That has yet to happen! The worst costumer service by far! If I had it all to do over again I would have NEVER taken my car there!
Everything about Lakeside Toyota was wonderful. Everyone gave me a 110 percent in my purchasing a new car. I am a repeat customer and will always buy a car from them.
This might be the worst place I have ever been to. Although the people were nice the quality of the work was terrible. I had just moved to town and was in an accident my insurance people recommended it. When I got my car back, it was not assembled properly and the parts installed didn't match those that were replaced. There seemed to be no quality control.
