I googled this location because I wanted to see what the current appearance was now. When my father was in Vietnam we lived at Lakeside Terrace (7505; #413) from 1968-69 - yes, I can remember it like yesterday and enjoyed living there very much (modern and new). At that time, plans were for the property to become condos in 1973 and I see that happened. This is one of the few properties still existing that I lived in when residing on the eastern part of USA. This Is a place to live . Clean , Safe and good management. Dimitry the manager is so nice. Kind of people that the world need.
I have lived here for almost one year and I rent. I really love this place because it's safe and clean. In the summer I also really loved using the pool and tennis courts.
