This was once a lovely place. Then Malinda Brown was hired on as manager. Feral cats everywhere, no maintenance as she would rather have maintenance guy spy on residents, then do his job. She likes to threaten those she doesn't like with eviction. Try to talk with her and she won't listen as she is busy talking about herself.
My best friends Mother just move in. Its a really nice community
Nice place to live. Friendly people and plenty to do here.
New manager (since Oct 2023) has the IQ of a turnip! Don't open your mouth around her or you will be blasted back with ten minutes of I, I, I, I, I, I! She couldn't care less about what you have to say she simply wants to boast about herself. Get OUT if you can!!
