The woman I was seeing was very professional but I couldn't work the tablet to book dr appointment not sure if they was down or just me
Old injury reoccurrence,needed urgently to have a prescription before traveling away, Rang in, had 2 calls from doctor within an hour,given suitable medicine., given injury advice even changed my pharmacy to a closer one, good effort Lakeside praise when it's due
So grateful for the prompt assistance I had today with a recent knee injury.. Steph on Reception was really understanding and booked me an appt for the same day and also assisted me with additional appts.. The nurse was really patient and gave me lots of great advice.. Very grateful for the support I had today.. Thank you
30/3/‘25 Dr A. Morjaria - thank you so much for ‘phoning back when I felt so unwell(twice), for your empathy and for seeing me at quite short notice, even though you were so busy on the day of the appointment. I greatly value Dr Morjaria’s thoroughness, his honesty and the offer to follow up on various lines of enquiry. He seemed genuinely interested, professionally speaking.
Unfortunately they don't have below one but waiting on the phone for 3 hours a complete unprofessional surgery. Unfortunately I hope when they get old it will be worse. Certainly not fit for purpose. Going on a boat to the UK should land no passport so will see a doctor, dentist straight away.
