Great experience! Highly recommend apartment
We put in a request for an air/heat issue in our unit at 1:33 am on a Sunday haha… at 8:30 am Monday morning, maintenance came to fix it!! Very impressed and thankful for quick service.
Living here is great, the office staff is super helpful specifically Parish. The pool is amazing and the other amenities are great as well. Rent is relatively low and the maintenance staff is super helpful as well.

This place isn’t worth the trouble, don’t let anyone convince you otherwise they charged me 300$ in late fees on top of my rent. When I called to pay my rent on time they told me “don’t worry about it it’s confirmed on our end” I asked about the late charges they couldn’t explain to me where they came from or why I was charged so much. I called them to tell them that the money to pay my rent bounced twice and they encouraged me to continue charging my card to build up return fees (that also have late fees).
