Great Place, gym could be cleaner and more stocked on paper towels and better mats. Overall could be better period.
For college students nervous about living off campus, Lake Side is easily one of the best choices. I have been living at Lake Side for two years now and already renewed my contract for a third year. Any time something breaks or is not working, maintenance is out the same day to fix it. Lake Side also has a text message system to send out information and you are able to text them and ask questions which makes communication easy. Could not have asked for a better place to live during my time at Mississippi State! The staff is second to none, and genuinely cares about each of their residents. Lakeside does its best to provide excellent amenities and quality housing at an affordable price. If you are going to be a student in Starkville, I highly recommend Lakeside!
