i enjoyed it with the roommate i was matched with. but we repeatedly had issues with the leasing office overcharging on things and not giving an explanation/being rude when we asked for one. They continued to overcharge us on utilities and refused to fix it. Then on move out they charged “white glove” fees just to keep the deposit even though the apartment it spotless. I will say they did well on compatibility with my roommate and the maintenance team is great and super fast to fix things.
I stayed at Lakeside from 24-26 and I enjoyed my time there. The staff were always friendly and I never once had a bad encounter. When requesting maintenance, it was either completed the same day or the next morning. They were also very communicative about things regarding the property and when they would enter the apartments on occasion. Highly recommend!
Worst experince I feel like I could’ve given myself as a first apartment. The leasing office staff seemed to be completely uninterested in helping me in most of my concerns. They seemed to throw the fact they could enter my unit at anytime into my face sometimes I would come home to things being out of place and it unnerved me. If you are well off and have people who plan on paying your rent for you then this might be a good place. but as far as doing it yourself please try and find somewhere that respects effort and struggl... read more
