Lakeside Spa Service is the business to call if you need service on a hot tub or swim spa. We have a swim spa that Matt has helped us keep operating in pristine condition! He is very knowledgeable and responds to calls or texts in a timely manor. We are very pleased with the service Lakeside Spa has provided and highly recommend them.
I have had the worst luck with my spa service until a friend referred Matt to us. He’s on time, honest, and took the time to educate us on the equipment. Highly recommend!
Called to set up a day to get a quote. Said he would come on Thursday or Friday. Said he would call and let me know. Texted on a Thursday at 6:55 pm saying he could be there in 10-15 minutes. I was trying to decide if he could come and was about to reply but he showed up at the house 9 minutes later before getting a response. When I was unable to let him in he said we can reschedule.
