Had a great experience. The staff was very professional and down to earth. My son was nervous about his sleep study, but the staff put his mind at ease. They also explained everything clearly. Highly recommend them!
Dear owners, please tell your staff to check the ever-loving faxes. You have held up my treatment multiple times and now that I am FINALLY supposed to get my machine guess what, the supplier says they are waiting on Lakeside. Big surprise. If you don't light a fire under yourselves fast, my next review is going to the AMA. Like, tomorrow morning 8am.

It has taken more than two months for me to get my sleep apnea equipment. I still don’t have it. They overcharge me from what benefits paid and I’m still waiting on a refund. It’s held up my FSA account and I cannot use it until I repay the amount that they overcharged me for.
If 0 stars was an option, that’s what they would get. Possibly the worst customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. They won’t answer the phone and they don’t return calls when you leave a voicemail. They keep the door locked during business hours so you can’t speak to them in person.
