Only giving 1-Star as I can't give anything lower. This is the most ill-run operation I have ever encountered. They NEVER answer the phone, takes 2-3 days to return a voicemail, unless you just keep calling over and over and over. You can press "6", which is for doctors, press "1" for Tracy or press "2" for Sarah -- makes no difference, no one answers. Over billing my insurance company for cpap supplies. I have been using a cpap machine for over five years and had been purchasing my supplies from a company in Houston. I was excited to find a supplier so close to home. But that excitement ended quickly after being over charged. I could have gone online and purchased the same supplies for a lot less without using my insurance. Will never buy supplies from them again.
