Terrible expérience. Ça fait 3 fois que l'équipe passe et est incapable de remplacer un chauffe-eau (je dis remplacer....nous avions au chauffe-eau au gas avant). C'est assez incompréhensible que Gazifère fait affaire avec une compagnie comme ça.

Excellent service du technicien Jean-François Isaac. J’aimerais qu’on mette une note à mon dossier pour que se soit toujours lui qui fait min entretien annuel. Merci beaucoup Jean-François pour ta politesse et ton travail minutieux et efficace

Had a technician show up at our place to replace a gas fitting yesterday. Humberto was polite, professional and very informative. He explained exactly what was going on and actually taught me some things about my hot water tank. I had no idea my hot water tank had a 'vacation' setting! Thanks Humberto! Lakeside Gas should be very proud of Humberto and what a wonderful employee he is. Because of this, Lakeside Gas just got a new customer!!! Thanks again, Steve

Had furnace die on sunday eve.. .had Lakeside dispatch tech and arrived quickly. Diagnosed issue immediately but had to order a part as furnace was very old. Loaned some space heaters to keep warmth in house till new part came. Part was received late monday and installed next day. Excellent service, quick, and exceptionally polite staff including the dispatcher in the office.. SHe called me three times to keep me up to date on part search. Highly recommend this team.
