I had an unpleasant experience with a technician named Matt who serviced our gas meter on April 15th in Belleville, ON. Our street is currently under construction, and access to our back yard and gas meter has been routine. We have two larger gates: a larger locked gate (used to secure some boats) and a smaller gate on the other side of the house that provides easy walk-through access around the house to the gas meter. Hesham the technician who did our meter exchange was excellent. courteous and provide excellent information about our gas appliances. I'd highly recommend him and Lakeside Gas.
The technician couldn’t switch gas fireplace and wrote a red tag, doesn’t have enough knowledge.
