Great place. If you want to buy a trailer for your family and have a small little home to raise your kids in or just buy a house for a little bit until you can buy you something bigger. I recommend going and checking them out. They got great prices on their trailers
This is as honest a review that I can give, I recently was trying to invest money in a trailer at this park . I was shown 2 separate homes , both needed extensive repairs. Although I would not recommend any go through what I went through trying to acquire a home here . It was simple , one trailer single wide for 2 k move in would be 3180 , and the same deal on a double wide that my aunt had owned and occupied. Checking out mobil homes
We went to look at a home and now waiting for a phone call we are trying to move there. Ms Tessa was a beautiful so and was very clear and kind while we toured our visit. Just waiting to see. I seen things mentioned about the neighborhood. I ain't bothered due to you make your home what it is and go from that. If we all listen to the negative comments we wouldn't try anything. I amnwxcited and hopeful I cam move soo .
