Great place. If you want to buy a trailer for your family and have a small little home to raise your kids in or just buy a house for a little bit until you can buy you something bigger. I recommend going and checking them out. They got great prices on their trailers
This is as honest a review that I can give, I recently was trying to invest money in a trailer at this park . I was shown 2 separate homes , both needed extensive repairs. Although I would not recommend any go through what I went through trying to acquire a home here . It was simple , one trailer single wide for 2 k move in would be 3180 , and the same deal on a double wide that my aunt had owned and occupied.
