Came here a few times to talk to Dale Rowland. He’s a nice guy don’t get me wrong, but it wasn’t that helpful tbh. Like at times I didn’t even know what to say and struggled to communicate properly and the advice that I was given did help a bit, but I would’ve preferred a different place instead, that has better psychologists and will listen to u a bit better and help u out better and give some support. I wanted to leave a review for Dr Dale Rowland, who I came to for support during a transition period 12 months ago - he's one of the best psychologists I've come across. I feel heard, cheered for, and now understand myself so much better than I ever have before. He gives me tools to work on at home, and has been a huge help in uncovering I have ADHD, which has never been picked up by any other psychologist.
