I’ve been coming to this place for about three years. Unfortunately the year I started coming down is the year the park was sold to an “investment group”. Since then the place has steadily declined. Yet prices have gone up. And prices continue to increase. I’d like to know how management justifies increasing rates when park amenities go down?
