Derek oversaw removal of all vinyl siding, replaced with LP Smartside, and added lots of finishing details that matched the pictures I gave him exactly! He was an excellent communicator, always following up and doing exactly what he said he would do and when. We are thrilled with the end product and highly recommend Derek and Lakeside Renovations!!!
Derek is an excellent communicator and his craftsmanship is exceptional. He explains his plans and schedules fully, and gives plenty of notice if he has to deviate from them. His prices are competitive and reasonable, and his work ethic commendable. Bottom line: he is honest, forthright, and skilled. I highly recommend him for your next project.

We hired Lakeside Renovations to overhaul and reconfigure a basement bathroom, relocate laundry and replace flooring. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Quote was spot on beyond some added scope I requested, timeline was as promised, communication was great, attention to detail above and beyond and fixed some underlying issues we didn’t know we had. We asked Derek of Lakeside Renovations for recommendations for replacing our large, rusted wrought iron railings that lined our deck and driveway at our lake house. Other contractors had recommended various types of aluminum railings, none of which would match the holes and anchoring marks left by the original installation. Derek recommended removing the railings and having them sandblasted and powder coated.
