My grandpa stayed here after having to be in the hospital. He didn’t get a shower the entire 9 days he was there until i demanded they let him have a shower and didn’t leave until I saw myself he got one. They said it was because he refused (he does have a history of dementia) but at some point you get the family involved. We had asked after him to make sure and talked to him throughout those days and every time they said he was on the schedule and would refuse when it came time for his morning shower. My mother was here. They dropped her twice once breaking both legs. The air conditioning was out most of the time. The man in the room next to her was dropped. They didn't have cable TV until just before she died. I begged her to let us move her. Staff was ok. The beds were old with manual cranks. This place should be shut down. The man believed to be the manager was hostile.
They do not pay their bills in a timely manner and give you the run around for months and months. If this is the way they handle their financial responsibilities, I wouldn't trust them with a person's care.
I'm giving them one star because they don't have half a star. I wouldn't recomend leaving your loved ones in this horrible facility. The horror stories i witnessed!! I trusted them with my mother because they were rated 4 stars...lies all lies. My mother was forgotten in the dining room all night. She was found sleeping on the floor in another room. She tried to find her room after hours of yelling for help. My mom is home now but allot of parents and gparents are still there. There were more incidents that i heard and saw. ... read more
I was here as a rehab/nursing skills patient for over 3 months! The staff and managers treated me with curiosity and respect through out my stay!
