Every day this place getting slower. I think in next few months pick up from this place will be scheduled for next year. Stupid, unorganized procedure. Before they're start loading : one guy come out, make a picture of trailer temperature and left. Few minutes later another guy comes out with paperwork, verify name on truck and left. Called them early in the morning after booking the load. Load wasn't ready. Arrived in 1h 20 minutes. Not ready. Checked in. Waited for doors. Gave me a door about after waiting 3 hours. As they were preparing the load, broker contacted my dispatch and said that they are going to shortcut the first stop to make sure that I'll arrive on time. This is the worst place to pick up cargo. Small, no parking, and waiting time 16 hours or more for available door... One star is too much rating…
