Lakeside feels like a family 🥰 I’ve been a regular here since late last year and I couldn’t recommend this clinic more. The admin staff are all such lovely, welcoming girls who consistently go out of their way to ensure I’m being looked after and all my questions are answered. Dr Michael is incredibly patient, kind & efficient. He listens intently throughout every session & regularly asks for feedback. Thank you!
Absolutely lovely staff here, their commitment to hearing the feedback of patients really makes this place stand out, the psychologists go out of their way to tailor everything to your needs and wants as most places should, but really don't.
I saw a Clinical Psych here, for 2 years. He was helpful, kind and polite. But, at the end of the day, even on a Mental Health Plan, MONEY was the hiccup that stopped me from getting the help I need. Meh.
