Francis and his crew are so knowledgeable in hazmat work. They leave job sites so clean while always making safety of workers and home owners a top priority.
24 Oct 2024, The Company responded to my post within 1 hour of posting. Thank you. 21 Oct 2024, just called and listened to message that states that they are "out of office until March 28". I am assuming this means 28 March 2025.
Excellent service! We had to move up our remediation by several weeks and the Lakeside team had no problem accommodating us. Francis is responsive and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated all his hard work and the entire process - would absolutely recommend this company!

I cannot thank Lakeside Property Maintenance enough. I was extremely stressed following abatement in our home that left our attic exposed in two bedrooms. Francis had his team in within a few days, and went above and beyond to repair the attic and ceiling. His team worked a long day and had our home back to a living condition. His invoice was very fair.
