Was on business trip and unexpectedly needed to print a small job from pdf (15 pages x 30 to 35 copies). Went here because of the reviews. Woman who helped us seemed irritated that we showed up and got more irritated as we asked questions about cost, paper, etc. Told us it would take 2 hours, we then asked if we could just get a couple copies as we needed to get on the road towards Whistler and that would cover us till we got there.
