very worst service.when i called for oppointment the receptionist lady talked very rudely.literally she yelled at me.you guys are public servants.isn’t it.we paying tax to government and council as well.and you guys get salary by our taxes then so some respects to us.pay attention and be polite.

Really helpful and supportive to my elderly mother particularly the nursing team for tests and vaccinations.

Service was really poor, extremely disorganised and from the looks of other reviews this practice really needs to get its act together. It’s really upsetting to think that the staff at Lakeside practice think it’s acceptable to be so rude to patients who require treatment. At first I thought maybe there was a reason today’s service was so poor, as everyone has bad days, but it’s been shown time and time again that this practice believes that sub-par service is what patients deserve.
