This man took my mother-in-law’s money, broke her pool, disappeared, and then started threatening her with lawsuits when she refused to pay him even more money for the incomplete job. I will be reporting him to the BBB.
I can’t tell you how disappointed I I am with Ken and Lakeside Pool. I’ve been doing business with Ken for over three years and always had good service up until this year. I don’t know if he lost all his employees or what the Problem is, but the service has been horrible. I asked him the last week of August that I would like to close my Pool and order a custom winner cover and close by the first or second week of September. I can't say anything more but thanks to Billy and the team of lake side pool, my pool is running great again new liner and new pool pipe lines.
Ran into some issues opening my pool this year. With water truck coming next day, I thought I would have to cancel. Enter Ken of Lakeside Pool Service. Showed up within minutes of my call for help. His knowledge and expertise cleared up my issues and put my mind at ease. Thanks Ken. Highly recommend!!!
If I could leave a '0 star' review, I definitely would. Ken and his crew ripped us off by taking our money and never completing the project. I'm posting pictures that show the state of our pool area upon their unannounced retreat after they screwed up the calculations, unsuccessfuly tried to squeeze a bigger pool into a tight space, and realized that they couldn't fix it.
