Maintenance staff are friendly, but unfortunately kindness doesn’t make up for the lack of quality in their work. A few months after moving in, our washer broke and despite submitting multiple service requests, it was never repaired. The trash situation is also poorly managed — within days of pickup, garbage is scattered throughout the property. Worst apartments in Pearland. This apartment gate been broke for 4 years. When it comes to maintenance, good luck having any maintenance show up or complete the job.

After reviewing the website for qualifications, I phoned and spoke with a representative. She was the one that I read about online. I applied with the preapproval online application. I was approved. I visited the location and was given a tour of the apartment. I was emailed the formal application. I completed the application, submitted all documents including annual payroll but was declined although my annual payroll amount was under the required threshold. I’m giving this review not because I live here but because my granny lives here and what she has experienced has been unacceptable. I’m going to the BBB on their management company as well. Her AC has been out in her apartment for 2 weeks. There has been no urgency in getting it repaired or replaced. The complex I live in would NEVER let that happen.
