Jeff is a professional. He came & helped my mother with a small job in her laundry room replacing needed parts. He was very kind with her, explaining what he needed to do to resolve the plumbing issue she had. In a retirement community it’s important to have people like Jeff who takes extra care for his customers. This is a small business that has that personal touch.
