I was already skeptical after my first visit 3 months ago and found it to be unfriendly but I gave the benefit of the doubt. After the way I was spoken to on the phone today, I've made my mind up I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Several of the employees could use a crash course in customer service. Omak Pharmacy gets my 5 stars!
Not the happiest or kindest people
I’ve used this pharmacy for 3 years with no issues, but recently had a very concerning experience. A mismatch between my profile and insurance prevented my prescriptions from going through. Even after confirming with my insurance what needed to be updated, the pharmacy refused to correct it, and I was unable to pick up my medications. Access to medication shouldn’t be blocked over something like this.
