I do not recommend Dr. Jennifer to anyone. I’ve never written a negative review about anything in my life, but this is how frustrated I am. Throughout the yearlong Invisalign process I was not seen by an actual orthodontist (Dr. Jennifer, supposedly) a single time. At each appointment I was told something completely different about my treatment to what I was told the last time. Dr. Jennifer should spend less time marketing and more time with her patients. Twice now I've asked questions of the assistants that they are unable to answer but they will not let me speak to Dr. Jennifer. They say they will find out the answer and someone will contact me, but no one does. Once her personal assistant (who is not an orthodontist) spoke to me and was a go-between between myself and Dr. J but I was still unable to get the answers I wanted because of the assistant's limited knowledge and experience. Best clinic in the cities, 10 stars!!! The staff are sooo caring, compassionate and just plain amazing! And the doctors, are the best of the best! My daughter goes here and we look forward to each visit (which for kids usually is the opposite! Who likes visiting the dentist lol!) From the first day figuring out financing to the first day her braces were placed we’ve had nothing but positive and satisfying experiences! Completely recommend!!!
CAUTION! When you receive contract/agreed treatment plan and pricing that is not necessarily what Jennifer will follow through with. Our agreement, highlighted on their form with FULL payment for partial braces and upper expander. After completing upper expander treatment & waiting for baby teeth on lower to fall out. Well, our daughter's are extremely slow. 18 months later they did another evaluation, still wasn't ready, but gave me a quote for FULL braces when all her baby teeth have fallen out. I wouldn't recommend going to someone that threatens to shoot people because they aren't wearing a mask like she did. She needs a mental health check.
I had such a wonderful previous experience with Dr. Jennifer and her team through my braces procedure. However, It’s been less than a year since I got my braces taken off and had the metal permanent retainer put in on my bottom teeth. Recently I was flossing my teeth and the wire just popped out from the end. I called hoping they can glue it back on but they want to charge me an additional $135????? That’s insane! Very friendly but misleading and dishonest practices.
Dr. Eisenhuth and her staff have always been so professional and kind. All four of my children have had braces with Dr. Jennifer. I would not go anywhere else for orthodontic care!
