Our experience was very thorough and efficient. Efforts were made to make everything as comfortable as possible. My daughter had a lot of anxiety. The staff made an awesome effort to keep her comfortable and calm. Everyone helped make a scary situation better. Thank you!
My experience with lakeside Dental is without a doubt very positive. The staff is great and very knowledgeable in what they do. They engage in conversation and treated me with the utmost respect, not to mention they are very pleasant to the eye. Also Dr. Haynie is in my opinion, a very good oral surgeon. Let me share my experience that I received at Lakeside Oral Surgery. Heading to my appointment was running a little behind so I called because as I said we where a few minutes behind on our pre-op appointment. I believe it was Lexi that answered and said “ thank you for calling, it’s ok if your a little late we want you mostly to drive safe and we will get you in right away when you arrive”, With a positive response and inviting and caring attitude. This place makes getting dental work done so easy. Everything was clealarly explained and all of the staff was very helpful. It has been the least nerve wracking of any doctors visit. Will definitely come back if I need it. Thank you to everyone who helped me get through this
We are impressed how professional the Lakeside Oral Surgery team was. Throughout the informative meetings before pre and post operation, they were energetic, efficient, and kind. I was impressed through and through. We had to wait for a surgery before us to be done a little longer, and they were apologetic, which was very polite and caring.
