My aunt is currently at this center for rehab. I wanted to thank and commend the staff of Aspire for their care and professionalism, particularly the PT Amber. Also the social services director Marvin Mitchell who was instrumental in having my Aunt transferred to another room secondary to issues with her roommate. His attendance to the issue was prompt and very caring. He is genuinely concerned about his the patients under his care and I am very grateful.
Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. There is no proof that they are actual patients. My guess is, that they have their employees go on the web and leave positive reviews. I worked for plenty of Companies that did that! If you want true answers read the negative reviews and see how many others agree with the negative ones by the amount of thumbs up they receive! For as long as I have been here the service here has been nothing but amazing. Staff is amazing, the food amazingly delicious!
I want to acknowledge the Director of Social Services, Marvin Mitchell and one of the nurses, Tara Diaz I had while I was a patient for going over and beyond expectations for me! They are amazing! Thank you so much!
Marvin is the best! Joe the maintenance man help me so much .! He really busts his hump around here. !!! Tom and Jeff … the two big wigs are always there to assist and resolve any issues you might have. Getting back on your feet , building muscle strength again … you can’t beat the crew in physical therapy. Now …about the CNA’s. That is a hit or miss. I am dealing with one that totally despises me!!
