I was placed in this facility after a cycling accident in early November, I had multiple rib fractures & a fractured pelvis.My insurance covered me for 3 local facilities and this one seemed like the best of the bunch. I must say that the nursing staff is very good and handled large patient loads with compassion & integrity- especially Erin, Clarisse, Perry & Vallery. At first I was a little hesitant about going to this place. But after a day or two I felt like I was part of the staff. Everybody was wonderful to work with and easy to talk to. I cannot think of one staff member that I could say something negative about. Melissa, Gloria, Marvin, Byron, Regina and Marshall are absolutely amazing people to be around. I was in the process of making a delivery to a customer of mine. It was after closing hours and I could not access the facility and so it became necessary for one of the staff members to come outside and get the order to the patient. The individual opened the front door halfway through and gave me the passcode necessary to mark the order as delivered. As he proceeded to tell me the passcode he let the front door loose. This place is horrible and awful, the HR lady never answers anyone's calls, Her name is Gina, she has way too much going on to be an HR person and they just hire ANYONE and NEVER in her off AT ALL.. She is not doing the full orientations right for hiring, she is a liar and the residents are treated so nasty there, the place is disgusting and grossly dirty DONT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!

Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. There is no proof that they are actual Tenants. My guess is, that they have their employees go on the web and leave positive reviews. I worked for plenty of Companies that did that! If you want true answers read the negative reviews and see how many others agree with the negative ones by the amount of thumbs up they receive! Their positive reviews couldn't be further from the truth! My Mother was found dead! They revived her and sent her to the furthest possible hospital. While she was... read more
