I am not liking that I can't talk to a loved one who is staying here and I have been talking to my Aunt texted her and calling her cell phone and I will keep trying her cell phone because her daughter who has control over who can visit or talk to her is wrong because her daughter doesn't even go to visit her her own mother that's messed up but let me find out that she had her phone taken from her so she can't talk to anyone I will have your local police station have a police officer come there to see how my Aunt is being tre... read more

I was placed in this facility after a cycling accident in early November, I had multiple rib fractures & a fractured pelvis.My insurance covered me for 3 local facilities and this one seemed like the best of the bunch. I must say that the nursing staff is very good and handled large patient loads with compassion & integrity- especially Erin, Clarisse, Perry & Vallery. At first I was a little hesitant about going to this place. But after a day or two I felt like I was part of the staff. Everybody was wonderful to work with and easy to talk to. I cannot think of one staff member that I could say something negative about. Melissa, Gloria, Marvin, Byron, Regina and Marshall are absolutely amazing people to be around. I was in the process of making a delivery to a customer of mine. It was after closing hours and I could not access the facility and so it became necessary for one of the staff members to come outside and get the order to the patient. The individual opened the front door halfway through and gave me the passcode necessary to mark the order as delivered. As he proceeded to tell me the passcode he let the front door loose. This place is horrible and awful, the HR lady never answers anyone's calls, Her name is Gina, she has way too much going on to be an HR person and they just hire ANYONE and NEVER in her off AT ALL.. She is not doing the full orientations right for hiring, she is a liar and the residents are treated so nasty there, the place is disgusting and grossly dirty DONT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!
