They quit careing for ur family members and quit giving them the medical attention they need and they don't give them the meds like they should and also they don't feed them right and when one gets emotional in memory loss unit they call them cry babies I know this because my grandma has just passed away because of there neglect

RecommendedI was in a coma earlier this year. When I got out I was paralyzed and needed a nursing home. I can't express just how blessed I am to have landed here. I did not think I would be able to adapt to life in a facility like this, but there may not be another facility like this one and I have loved being here. So thankful for the staff, CNA's and everyone at Lakeside. This was our 3rd facility for my dad and the best by-far. He loves his "angels". He is treated well and believe me he is a high maintenance dude! Thank you for all you do - Merry Christmas to you all. Family of Mr Sherm
So sad how the residents are treated.... or should I say not treated and cared for!
absolutely the worst place you could put a loved oned one.i had a loved one there for 48 hours and they let him fall out of bed twice.i would not put my dog there for a night.they will tell you they are 5 star.thats I persons comment.want to see a 5 star you better check out another place.this place doesn't deserve 1 star.honest to gods truth my shoes stuck to the floor.
I am an LPN. I was discharged by the DON due to remarks made by other nurses. One was an insinuation that I am gay. Which is not true. This is unfair. There was a lot of gossip at last facility I worked at and I hoped Lakeside would be different!
