The wait here is sometimes longer than anticipated even with an appointment.
Went to the clinic for earache, chest pains, and sinus congestion, ended up getting told I have Flu B and when I asked about my my earache I was ignored, and and the nurse wouldn’t even look in my ears or listen to my chest breathing. When I called back to file a complaint on the nurse who diagnosed me with the flu, she lied over the phone and said she listened to my chest and everything. Nothing but liers.
I went in to have a Vsat test and Rachael who administered the test to me was oh so super sweet and kind and nice. She had me laughing at some things and she made sure there was very relaxing music playing during my test. She made sure I understood what was going on for the test I was taking. It was so so easy and painless and relaxing. She was so very sweet!! THANK YOU SO MUCH RACHAEL FOR WHAT YOU DO AND WHO YOU ARE. STAY SWEET AND MAY YOU BE BLESSED ALWAYS!!!!!!
Came in as a walk in late in the day and they were all super kind and attentive. They actually listened to me and I was just super grateful. The women at the desk were great, the nurse that took my vitals was extremely caring and attentive, and Dr. Campbell LISTENED to me. Overall it was just a really good experience and I’m super appreciative.
The staff is always very pleasant and easy to work with, however the last 2-3 times I have been there, I have had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen, even if it’s only for something simple like a prescription refill. Staff is outside of the door cutting up and talking, while I spend hours of my day waiting to be seen. After multiple times of this happening, I will not be back.
