Came in as a walk in late in the day and they were all super kind and attentive. They actually listened to me and I was just super grateful. The women at the desk were great, the nurse that took my vitals was extremely caring and attentive, and Dr. Campbell LISTENED to me. Overall it was just a really good experience and I’m super appreciative.
The staff is always very pleasant and easy to work with, however the last 2-3 times I have been there, I have had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen, even if it’s only for something simple like a prescription refill. Staff is outside of the door cutting up and talking, while I spend hours of my day waiting to be seen. After multiple times of this happening, I will not be back.
We use Lakeside North very often (especially with two young kids in daycare) and they're always kind and listen to our concerns! I think we've probably seen all the NPs and Dr. Campbell and have had nothing but excellent care everytime! All the nursing staff, the NPs and Dr. Campbell speak to the kids in a way they can understand what's happening, and that means a lot to me. Special shout-out to Mrs. Becky at the front desk who always stops to talk to the kids and us!
I am so grateful for Dr Campbell and his team of nurses! I was recently admitted to MMN for pneumonia. The nurses and staff were so friendly and professional. I can't thank you enough! I would so much rather be a patient of Dr. Campbell's at MMN than I had a patient at a large hospital. Again, I can't thank you all enough! Valerie Renz
Edited to Add: I will be filing a complaint with the State Nursing Board for Substandard Practice in the morning as I contacted my previous DON for information regarding who to complain to. If I knew who to call and complain to, I would. I will be calling my insurance in the morning! I went in regarding a fall and some pain I was having associated with it.
