Great location, easy access to lake, parks and local entertainment. Been here almost 6 years. Never had issues with owners. Always been kind, helpful and informed beforehand to any changes or repairs that might affect us. No discrimination, no micromanagement. Fair and honest treatment. I personally have been a renter for over 40 years. What a joy it is to have managers/owners who behave this way. In all honestly I have never experienced something like this in my lifetime. Over our first phone conversation I spoke w the woman. I told her that I was interested in buying a home in the park. She asked if I work and if so where at? if I could pay 3xs the space rent? If I have any children? And if I have any pets? I told her that yes I work and where at.
