I’ve had a really positive experience both times I’ve had lakeside auto work on my vehicles. The first time Ryan came out to my place to look at my vehicle, and although I ended up taking it to his shop, he has the option of doing the work at your location. That can be a really great option especially if your car is broken down or you don’t have somebody to shuttle you out to a car repair place. He has great communication, and super quick service and turnaround! I would highly recommend!
The alternator failed in our 2002 E350 7.3L turbo diesel van in a most inconvenient location. Ryan answered, after hours, took good notes and scheduled to come out the very next day, once parts were rounded up. Great communications and quick response and repair. Ryan put a hitch receiver on our Forester. Did an excellent job. Looks very nice. Can't wait until he opens shop! Will be nice to have a mechanic on the Knob again.
