We are visiting eureka springs from out of town and the first day of our trip we came out to a dead battery. He met us at the O’Reillys in town after we got it jumped and helped us put in a new battery and only charged us 40 dollars. He was so nice, informative, and communicative. He truly helped us out when we really needed it. A great guy performing a much needed service. Thank you so so much!
I recently broke down and needed help and Ryan came through! He’s punctual, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very kind and got me back on the road in no time! I highly recommend him if you need help with your vehicle.
I’ve had a really positive experience both times I’ve had lakeside auto work on my vehicles. The first time Ryan came out to my place to look at my vehicle, and although I ended up taking it to his shop, he has the option of doing the work at your location. That can be a really great option especially if your car is broken down or you don’t have somebody to shuttle you out to a car repair place. He has great communication, and super quick service and turnaround! I would highly recommend!
The alternator failed in our 2002 E350 7.3L turbo diesel van in a most inconvenient location. Ryan answered, after hours, took good notes and scheduled to come out the very next day, once parts were rounded up. Great communications and quick response and repair. Will call again when and if needed. Best wishes to Ryan in getting his shop open! Pleasant and personable gentleman. Thx much for coming to the rescue!
Ryan put a hitch receiver on our Forester. Did an excellent job. Looks very nice. Can't wait until he opens shop! Will be nice to have a mechanic on the Knob again.
