Moved to yankton from avon l found a trailer nice nepherhood and. Everyone is friendly .
The care taker pr whoever takes care of the park DOES NOT do a good job. Road are terrible . Pot holes everywhere. The whole court looks like trash. Maintenance man never upkeep anything. The pipes are always frozen. The place is being take care, lack thereof, by a slum lord!
Lived here for a few years now. Love being so close to everything the lake area has to offer and my neighbors are very nice people. Great place to be.
