New company purchased the park last year and has raised the lot rent twice. Made no new improvements to the community but raised the lot rent twice. No ones ever in the office and no one keeps the grounds clean.
Rent goes up every 6 months. Speed bumps have been the only thing that has improved in over 20 years.
A year ogo when this was sold we were told that they were going to be better than the previous owner, Well that was a bold face lie! I wouldn't tell anyone to purchase here.
