Former producer of Yelton's Stone Ground white grits. I grew up on Yelton's. They were almost always on our breakfast table. Used to buy them in, I think, five pound bags, multiple bags at a time. They suddenly just disappeared. After searching everywhere, even online, I contacted Lakeside Mills who told me they had been discontinued due to a changing market. Saddened me tremendously. Not only are these yellow grits the best, their shipping times are awesome and everyone I share them with are super happy with the texture and the taste. They however aren’t happy not sold in their states NY and OH.

It's easy to succeed with all your grits recipes using Lakeside Mills yellow grits. My family never used _nutrient stripped_ products like Quacker Oats, et al! I love using different cheeses in my flavorful grits, which always includes incorporating cream or milk after boiling in filtered water. Don't judge grits by the quacker oats standard, instead make it real and healthy with grits like Lakeside Mills. It's so easy to order online!
