Kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Always efficient as well.
Not very helpful today not everyone has a credit card. Poor customer service today had to tell the girl 5 times the same thing before she would get it.. I asked to speak to a pharmacist and she didn't do it just put me on hold and did it herself. not feeling well and asked to send to revelstoke and I'll pay here.. girl said she had to ask owner.... something so simple so now I load my mom that has dementia and drive to kelowna. Lake side not helpful at all today
Great pharmacy. Just be extra careful in the parking lot. 😕👴🧓
