Pretty rude and unprofessional receptionists here! I called to sign up with a new GP and transfer my records, and the receptionist actually laughed at me when she said it would take a couple of days. Brushed it off, but when I called back later to confirm, it sounded like the same stupid person trying to disguise her voice… After I spoke, there was just silence, then snickering in the background followed by a “No.” I then hung up.
