I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the receptionist, Maria, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I was also very fortunate that my test was conducted by the site manager, Kym. She was highly professional, courteous, and made the process very smooth and comfortable. I would not recommend this place as their service is terrible. My dad had a fall and hurt his back and doctor recommended him to do a CT scan. I made an appointment for him at 9:45am and we wasn’t attended until 10:45-11am. Also, I asked the receptionist when the report will be ready and I was told they will mark it urgent as it’s from a fall and the report will be ready by end of the day so we made the appointment with doctor for the next morning to see the result.
