Dreadful booking service. Not easy to arrange an appointment and the idea of simply walking in for an X-ray and having to wait goodness knows how long is simply abhorrent. My time is valuable too.

Very impressed by the great care towards patients from a staff named Anna. I took my dad who is over 80 years old for an ultrasound assessment this morning and there was a fire alarm in the building so everyone has to stay outdoors for a while. Anna came to check if my dad needs any help and she brought a chair to my dad since we don’t know how long the fire alarm will stop.
