I would not recommend this place as their service is terrible. My dad had a fall and hurt his back and doctor recommended him to do a CT scan. I made an appointment for him at 9:45am and we wasn’t attended until 10:45-11am. Also, I asked the receptionist when the report will be ready and I was told they will mark it urgent as it’s from a fall and the report will be ready by end of the day so we made the appointment with doctor for the next morning to see the result. I always trust this radiology and even during the pregnancy, my doctor refers me to other women specialist radiology, I choose here. But a recent visit for transvaginal ultrasound disappointed me a little bit. First is due to the increased cost, we are not bulk billed anymore, except from that you have a concession card. Second is that team did not ask me when I book if I hope the operation is done by a female or male specialist. I assume it would be a female one.
