I always trust this radiology and even during the pregnancy, my doctor refers me to other women specialist radiology, I choose here. But a recent visit for transvaginal ultrasound disappointed me a little bit. First is due to the increased cost, we are not bulk billed anymore, except from that you have a concession card. Second is that team did not ask me when I book if I hope the operation is done by a female or male specialist. I assume it would be a female one. I had my CT spine cortisone injection today. Lance Gonsalves (apologies if I misspelt his name) was the radiographer and the person whom was looking after me. Lance was incredibly caring and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. He kept my nerves at bay and was really informative as to the whole procedure. He made sure I was fine throughout. Excellent booking experience, lovely and comfortable atmosphere, almost no wait time, excellent patient service, definitely sets a higher standard for other lower than average pathologies to catch up. I am always using this company for my tests from now on.
